Devine Tafara Javangwe is the founder and lead consulting engineer at AVEX GRID Energy Consultancy. He holds a BEng in Electrical Engineering and authored a 118-page MSc dissertation on industrial load-flow and power-quality forensics for Zimbabwean grid conditions. He is a Graduate Member of the Zimbabwe Institution of Engineers (ZIE20265434), a ZERA-registered consultant, ETAP-trained since 2021, and conversant in IPMVP measurement and verification methodology. Devine’s focus is on practical engineering work for Zimbabwean industry — audits, ETAP studies, captive-solar feasibility, and grid-code compliance — delivered to international standards but priced for the local market.
